As such, the solutions we recommend are carefully tailored to your needs, and can be applied at any stage of the building process. We can work directly with your architects before your new home is built or renovated, help to guide you in your latest DIY project.

Our work with you will typically follow a four-stage process:

  1. Scoping – meeting with you to discuss your needs and rationale for the project.
  2. Survey – visiting your home to understand its current condition and potential. This also includes a detailed interview with you to understand the way in which you use the building (which is a crucial driver of your home’s environmental performance).

  3. Analysis – using data from the survey and interview, and our exclusive software, to build a comprehensive energy model of your property through which our recommendations can be derived.
  4. Recommendations – the delivery of a unique report, showing the ‘basket’ of solutions available to you, along with a clear and easy to understand summary of the projected costs, savings and environmental benefits.

Once the report has been delivered, our sister company, Parity Projects, can offer practical assistance in implementing your chosen solutions. This could include the procurement of materials and services, and subsequent project management of the build/renovation.
