About Us

All around the world, individuals, property developers, local councils and housing associations are looking at housing in a new way. Concerns over climate change, changes to building regulations and high energy prices are driving people to find ways of reducing the energy and water requirements of the properties that they build, own or manage.

Parity Eco Solutions was established in 2007 in recognition of the lack of support available to allow these vital changes to happen. With a unique approach founded on practical experience in the building industry, we help our customers identify cost effective and appropriate solutions based on their particular needs - rather than offering generic, off-the-shelf solutions found elsewhere. Importantly, we can also support them in translating these choices into practical actions.

Our approach combines the experience gained through both our previous projects and through our unique demonstration house, underpinned by the rigorous analysis that we undertake to inform our work. As a result we are able to offer a high quality, award winning service that is unmatched in the market.

Also under the Parity umbrella is PES’s sister company, Parity Projects. While Parity Eco Solutions focuses on design and specification, identifying the ideal measures to reduce energy and water consumption in existing buildings, Parity Projects’ role is to focus on the effective delivery of refurbishment projects.
